Research overviewI built a Python model of precursor delivery, transport, and surface reactions, then compared well-mixed and spatial reactor models.
I used Infineon’s public AlCu and WTi manufacturing data to screen process excursions and predict 17 released metrology targets.
I checked held-out predictions and repeated the evaluation with identical target profiles kept together.
